This is a fun, family community event with an opportunity for you to connect with Cincy-area families looking for summer camps, local resources, classes and programs for adults and kids, and items for their home. It's also a great opportunity to simply connect with parents and moms. It will attract families and community from Mason, Loveland, Lebanon area, Monroe, Cincinnati, and the surrounding area. This is a great way to find new customers with 2,500-3,000 attendees. Plus, it will be fun!

Vendor Registration

• What: 2024 Cincinnati-Mason Children's Festival presented by Caliber Collision
• When: Saturday, March 2, 2024, Noon-3PM
• Where: Mason Intermediate School, 6307 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040
• Who Attends: Families from Mason, Loveland, Lebanon area, Monroe, Cincinnati, and the surrounding area.
• How It works: Indoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event and its various fun activities. Admission is free!
• Expected Attendance: 2,500-3,000+

• Why Families Attend the Event: This family event connects parents with summer camps, local community resources, classes & programs (kids or adults), childcare, health & wellness, items for their house, shopping, or simply businesses things that you need for your family and its livelihood (insurance, buying a home, home improvements or other family resources). 
• What to Do at the Event:

1. Fun Items: Fun spring festival that event that includes special visit with Easter Bunny visit, mini egg hunt, huge carnival game area, mini golf, laser tag, fun food, lollipop, game, bunny coloring contest, magician, balloon artist, face painter, Family Bingo game, fun prize wheel, duck matching games (win different Easter items!), prize pinball game, free popcorn, cotton candy, and cookies!  
2. Summer Camp Expo: Find day and overnight summer camps! 
3. Family Resources: Local resources, classes, products, childcare options, kid's items, plus discover and shop for neat things for your home!
